Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete parts sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their parts orders.
- Engage with colleagues and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Utilize the parts catalog effectively to identify and locate necessary components.
- Handle incoming calls, providing accurate pricing and product information.
- Review estimates from the body shop to confirm the accuracy of ordered parts and pricing.
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
- Retrieve and fulfill orders from inventory.
- Conduct weekly inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure all internal parts requests are billed appropriately.
- Process payments from retail customers or secure credit approvals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' experience in automotive parts sales.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capable of reading and interpreting safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
- Possess a clean and valid driver's license.
- Must pass pre-employment screening.
