Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager include:

  • Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will lead the international accounting team in overseeing the month-end consolidated financial close process, reviewing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Ensure precise and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Supervise the preparation of consolidated financial statements across various regions.
  • Guarantee adherence to all applicable laws and regulations in each jurisdiction where the organization operates.
  • Develop and implement standardized accounting processes and procedures across different regions.
  • Enhance efficiency in financial operations by leveraging technology and automation where feasible.
  • Address auditor inquiries and assist Finance leadership with financial data requests from diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA preferred and over 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and international accounting principles.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities, capable of collaborating across departments and levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledgeable in financial systems (NetSuite preferred).
