Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to contribute to our team at W3Global Inc. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in utilizing various surveying tools and software to accurately measure and map land areas and utilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field surveys to collect data on land features, boundaries, and topography
  • Utilize tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels for accurate measurements
  • Prepare survey drawings using software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation
  • Analyze survey data to create maps, reports, and legal descriptions
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate project specifications
  • Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration
Requirements
  • Proficiency in using surveying software such as Revit, AutoCAD, CAD, Carlson, or similar tools
  • Strong data collection skills and ability to perform data analysis
  • Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is a plus
  • Experience with GPS technology for precise location mapping
  • Familiarity with land surveying regulations and standards
