Job Title: Survey Director/Manager

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Survey Director/Manager to lead our Survey and SUE department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the Survey and SUE department, providing technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Supervise and guide field crews and office staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to complete projects efficiently.
  • Coordinate and prioritize work assignments, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure accurate and reliable survey data.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to improve department efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in surveying and project management, with a strong background in land surveying and SUE projects.
  • Professional Land Surveyor license in Georgia, with other state licenses desirable.
  • Experience working with federal, state, and local clients, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica LGO/Infinity, and other relevant software and equipment.
