Join Our Team as a Senior Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our team at Bohler. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional site design services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with external clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored site design solutions.
  • Develop and perfect your technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience while sharing your expertise with your team.
  • Design site plans for top-tier clients across various industries, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.
  • Immerse yourself in the project management lifecycle, from initial project scoping to project closeout, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with your manager to tailor your career path towards your vision, whether as a technical design expert or project/staff manager.

Requirements:
  • The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic.
  • A passion for design and creative problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license a plus.
  • Experience in site civil design.
  • Practical experience with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil3D).
