### Job Summary

ESP Associates is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Designer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our land development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing civil site projects from concept to completion.

### Key Responsibilities

* Perform civil site design and development work, including land development and construction document preparation
* Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
* Develop strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
* Perform design calculations and prepare technical reports
* Conduct site visits and prepare field reports

### Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BSCE) or Engineering Technology (BSCET)
* EI/EIT certification required
* 2-6 years of qualifying civil engineering design experience
* Previous experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil3D preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
