Lifeworks Services is seeking a Business Growth Strategist for Employee Benefits to join our team. As a key member of our employer team, you will develop and manage a strong pipeline to ensure quota target coverage. This role involves working closely with leaders and teams across various departments to execute campaigns successfully in line with our strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new broker and channel partner relationships.
  • Sell well-being solutions through both direct and broker/consultant channels.
  • Meet quarterly and annual financial targets.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience selling business value-driven software solutions, consistently meeting and exceeding annual quotas of $750,000+. Demonstrated sales success experience within employee benefits, human capital management (HCM), or a closely related industry is also essential.

Estimated Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year

Salary may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
