Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lottery Equipment Field Services Specialist to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our field services organization, you will be responsible for servicing IGT equipment at retailer locations, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to dispatches and drive to customer locations within a specified zone to deliver supplies and install, remove, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices.
  • Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation of IGT equipment, troubleshooting issues to restore malfunctioning equipment to working order in the field.
  • Communicate effectively with Dispatchers, accurately reporting activity, arrival and departure times, problems, details, and resolutions of failures.
  • Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts, tracking inventory and providing basic training to new Retailers or refresher/remedial training as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical training.
  • At least 2 years of experience in electronics, repair, field, or related industry, preferably with knowledge of data communications and electronics.
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to climb, lift, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
