Main Purpose

Tradebe is seeking a dynamic individual to join our US Sales Team. This role will be responsible for handling new and existing accounts in New Hampshire and Maine. If you have direct sales experience in the environmental services industry and enjoy remote work and frequent travel within the region, this position may be a good fit.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow our current customer base to achieve desired sales objectives
  • Develop and execute a territorial business plan to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Regional Sales Manager to develop and maintain territorial market information
  • Present Tradebe's full service capabilities to potential customers, including Field Services, Reuse & Recycle, and Tradebe Direct Services
  • Communicate effectively with customers and prospective customers to understand their recycling goals and initiatives
  • Assist in the completion of requests for bids and proposals, and follow up on the status of quotations and bids to secure new business
  • Participate in trade shows to promote Tradebe's services
  • Assist in the collection of delinquent receivables
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry is preferred, but other degrees and/or industry experience will be considered
  • Five (5) years of experience in the environmental service industry required
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory to make sales calls to current and prospective new customers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
