As a Maintenance Supervisor at Olympus Property, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our apartment communities, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with our maintenance team and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and budgets, working closely with our business manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our office staff to ensure that show units and vacant move-in ready units are complete and ready for occupancy.
  • Utilize software systems to track reports, inventory, and completed action items.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential/commercial/apartment maintenance and/or maintenance supervisor role.
  • EPA/HVAC certified.
  • Available full-time, Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM (hours may vary slightly).
  • On-call.
