Job Title: Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team at the Department of Developmental Services - Headquarters. As a member of our STAR team, you will work to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities during times of acute crisis.

Job Summary:

The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for assisting individuals with activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and promoting independence in a community home setting. This is an incredibly rewarding position for individuals who are passionate about helping others and want to make a positive impact in their community.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including meal planning and preparation
  • Provide emotional support and promote independence
  • Work in a community home setting with a team of dedicated professionals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Valid California Drivers License (CDL)
  • Pass a Drug Screening
  • Clear a Background Investigation
  • Medical Clearance
  • Registered Dietitian certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
