Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Prudential Financial. In this role, you will provide critical support to our sales team, focusing on recruiting, marketing, and sales initiatives to drive market and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our sales teams to identify recruitment needs and work with our recruiting organization to fill those needs.
  • Source and engage with candidates to schedule appointments, organize interviews, and coordinate VIP days for prospective financial professionals.
  • Monitor candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to our regional recruiting team.
  • Support the licensing and onboarding process for new financial professionals.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual recruiting webinars and drive attendance.
Marketing and Sales Support
  • Research market opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share, track, and report results.
  • Coordinate and execute logistics for our seminar strategy, including managing venues and technology.
  • Effectively leverage our marketing materials and programs to grow markets and position the firm as a financial resource to the community.
Financial Support
  • Manage firm expenses, including handling compensation appeals and fielding cash management requests.
  • Oversee Agency Reimbursement Credit Accounts (ARC) and voucher processing.
Office Responsibilities
  • Manage internal communications and schedule firm-wide meetings.
  • Provide backup support for front office operations and monitor adherence to mandatory training requirements.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with competing priorities.
Experience
  • Minimum one to three years of business experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in supporting recruiting, marketing, and sales is preferred.
