About the Job

Vets Hired is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Support 4 to join our sales team. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing customer service, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales administrative tasks, including processing sales orders, generating invoices, and tracking sales data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating with customers about their orders and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, finance, and logistics, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Support the sales team by assisting with proposals, presentations, and other sales-related materials.
  • Maintain the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with sales forecasting, compiling data on sales trends, analyzing sales data, and providing input on future sales projections.
  • Manage logistics, including coordinating with shipping companies, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory levels.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, or customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
