About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to lead our properties and support our mission to provide high-quality, stable, and sustainable housing and supportive services to people in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform property management marketing activities to attract and retain residents.
  • Coordinate move-in/out duties, conduct housing quality and UPCS inspections, and maintain positive relations with staff, management, and external organizations.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with all funding streams, federal/state/local regulations, and lease provisions.
  • Work closely with support services staff to engage and assist residents, and coordinate with other departments to update and maintain regulatory requirements.
  • Direct, coordinate, and review the work of assigned staff, and supervise and guide staff using practices that develop and retain highly competent and high-performing employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with major coursework in real estate, public administration, business, or a related field.
  • 6 or more years of experience in property management, including experience with HUD programs.
  • 4 or more years of experience with laws and regulations that govern public real estate management, including tax credit and project-based properties.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Commitment to social justice, equity, and community empowerment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and auto insurance.
