Job Details

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, with the ability to coordinate inspections and track project progress. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-3 years of experience in project management are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and priorities are met.
  • Project Oversight: Define project objectives, manage resources, and develop project charters.
  • Scheduling: Plan and coordinate inspections, and track project progress.
  • Documentation: Maintain and manage all project documentation and distribute inspection reports.
  • Coordination: Facilitate weekly meetings with clients and internal teams, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Issue Notification: Notify clients of time-sensitive concerns or issues such as non-conformances (NCRs) or requests for information (RFIs).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of project management experience in construction, architecture, or engineering.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to convey details to senior management and engineers.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints.
