About the Role

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Kitchen Manager or Restaurant Manager, with hands-on knowledge of menu planning and ingredient ordering. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage kitchen staff, coordinate food orders, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on food handling and preparation techniques
  • Coordinate food orders, managing inventory and minimizing waste
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and control costs, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Kitchen Manager or Restaurant Manager
  • Hands-on experience with menu planning and ingredient ordering
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
