Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of kitchen staff
  • Managing and training kitchen team members
  • Overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality and consistency
  • Collaborating with the head chef to create new menu items and specials
  • Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and production techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
