The Office Administrative Specialist - Financial Clerk will assist in facilitating the daily workflow in the office and provide administrative support to the accounting team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and accounting. They will be responsible for performing clerical duties, assisting in handling payroll and personnel databases, and assisting in sales order invoicing and processing.

  • Maintain accurate and complete records, including general ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory.
  • Assure compliance with company and other applicable policies as needed.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, strong math and excel skills, and a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
