**Job Summary:**

We are a luxury goods retailer looking for an experienced Administrative Services Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our management team, manage office operations, and perform various administrative tasks.

Salary: $50,000 - $56,000 + OT per year

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining office supplies, managing travel arrangements, coordinating events, and assisting with human resource tasks. You will also have the opportunity to develop presentations, pull and file paperwork, and maintain department calendars.

Essential Functions:*

  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding
  • Develop presentations and reports
  • Maintain department calendars and schedules

Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
