About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to join our team at First Division Consulting. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on acquisition and logistics projects for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) PMS 408 - Naval Expeditionary Missions (EXM) Program Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to the NAVSEA PMS 408 EXM Program Office
  • Assist in the management of acquisition and logistics projects
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective program execution and management
  • Develop comprehensive analysis and deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years relevant experience or Associate's degree and 12+ years relevant Acquisition and Logistics Planning experience
  • (Preferred) Equivalent or experience commensurate with DAWIA Level II certification in Acquisition Career Field or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED)/Budget Submitting Office (BSO)-18; and NAVSEA HQ
  • Secret security clearance is required
  • Able to work onboard Navy ships or other platforms for short testing periods

Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, with a range of $100,000 to $150,000 based on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, holidays, PTO and 401(k) plan with company match.
