About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to join our team at the MLK Recuperative Care Center (RCC). As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our program and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social services, medical care, or housing services, with at least 5 years of experience managing multi-level teams and projects. A Master's Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

About the Job Description

The Program Director will be responsible for:

  • Leading the daily operations of the MLK RCC Program.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Supervising on-site managers and coordinating with multidisciplinary staff.
  • Developing and implementing program goals, policies, procedures, and reporting tools.
  • Fostering a cohesive team and interdisciplinary approach to provide high-quality care and case management services.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in social services, medical care, or housing services.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multi-level teams and projects.
  • A Master's Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
