Role Responsibilities
The Trauma Care Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. Collaborating with medical professionals, the RN will assess and respond to urgent situations and assist in verifying surgical sites. The RN acts as a patient advocate to ensure an exceptional care experience.

Key Duties Include:

  • Evaluating patient conditions upon admission and throughout each shift, promptly reporting any changes.
  • Executing medical procedures as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Accurately documenting care provided in patient medical records.
  • Administering prescribed medications and monitoring patient responses.
  • Preparing patients for procedures, including intravenous therapy and surgical site verification.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
  • A valid Registered Nurse license.
  • A diploma, bachelor's degree, or associate degree in nursing.

Work Schedule
Shifts will include days and rotating weekends.
