Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, utilizing advanced assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Manage ventilators, critical care drips, and other life-sustaining therapies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform procedures such as intubations, cardioversions, and intra-aortic balloon pump management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
- Minimum 1+ years of ICU experience.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred.
