Position Summary:
The Neuro/Ortho/Post Operative Medical/Surgical unit caters to a varied patient demographic, including those with Neuro, Orthopedic, Post Operative, and Medical/Surgical needs. Our specialized focus encompasses patients undergoing total joint replacement surgeries, fracture treatments, osteomyelitis management, and minor trauma care. We work in collaboration with esteemed orthopedic surgeons who specialize in hip, knee, ankle, and shoulder surgeries, assisting patients in achieving optimal mobility and independence.
The patients we serve present a wide array of Neuro/Ortho/Post Operative Medical/Surgical conditions, ranging from straightforward to intricate cases, including but not limited to: cardiac, respiratory, gastroenterological, renal, neurological, endocrine, behavioral health, infectious diseases, and general surgical patients. Our multidisciplinary care team is dedicated to coordinating personalized care and enhancing patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and exceptional service.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recent RN experience in a clinical environment.
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Current certifications as required by the facility.
- Proficiency in cardiology nursing procedures and skills, including cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation.
- Understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, hemodynamics, and rhythm interpretation is preferred.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, both day and night.
