Key Responsibilities

The Trauma Care Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. Collaborating with medical professionals, the RN identifies and responds to urgent situations and assists in verifying surgical sites.

In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate patient conditions upon admission and throughout each shift, promptly reporting any changes.
  • Execute procedures as directed by the medical team.
  • Accurately document care provided in the patient’s medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including intravenous therapy and surgical site verification.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license.
  • Educational qualifications include a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Associate Degree in Nursing.

  • Shift: Days, with rotating weekends.
