Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Retail Experience Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Experience Manager in the day-to-day operations of our retail staff. This includes recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, training, and education of our Retail Sales Associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for Retail Sales Associates
    • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are properly trained and integrated into the team
  • Scheduling and Coaching
    • Assist in scheduling Retail Sales Associates to ensure adequate coverage and meet business needs
    • Provide coaching and feedback to Retail Sales Associates to improve performance and achieve sales goals
  • Performance Management and Training
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Retail Sales Associates
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to Retail Sales Associates
  • Customer Experience
    • Assist in creating a positive customer experience by ensuring Retail Sales Associates are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience
    • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail environment
  • Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a positive customer experience
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational Skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
