Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Engagement & Sales:

Build strong relationships with patients through expert communication skills, clearly explaining treatment plans, procedures, and financial options. Present customized treatment plans that meet patient needs and align with our service offerings.

  • Follow-Up & Relationship Management:

Consistently follow up with prospective and current patients to ensure they have the information they need and address any questions or concerns. Manage relationships in a way that builds trust, fosters long-term loyalty, and enhances patient satisfaction.

  • Problem Solving & Adaptability:

Adapt to diverse patient needs and work environments, offering solutions to overcome objections or challenges while maintaining a positive attitude. Be open to learning new techniques and processes to improve your effectiveness.

  • Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with clinical staff to present treatment plans effectively and meet patient needs. Communicate efficiently with other team members regarding patient updates and treatment progression.

  • Professionalism & Presentation:

Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Represent the practice positively both in person and over the phone, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued.

Requirements:

We seek candidates with:

  • Previous experience as a Dental office professional
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
  • Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Comfortable with sales
