Psychiatric Physician Leader for Addictions Treatment

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Physician to lead our team in providing high-quality care to patients struggling with addiction. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our Addictions Treatment Services.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary of approximately $250,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Psychiatric Physician, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide direct patient care, professional support, and leadership regarding policies and laws or regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to patient care and medical operations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine
- Minimum 5 years of experience in psychiatric medicine or addiction treatment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
