About the Job

This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible hours, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and serve up smiles and Southern goodness to our guests. As a server, you'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service.



What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your hourly wage, you'll also receive 100% of your tips. Our benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance starting on day 140, 401K with company matching starting at 90 days, vacation time, and 35% off restaurant and retail items.



Qualifications

  • You must be able to stand for long periods and work in a variety of environments.
  • You will need to be able to lift, load, and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • You must be able to understand and carry out instructions while working effectively with co-workers and managers to please our guests.
