- Agency Performance Monitoring: Monitor agency performance and implement improvement plans where necessary to ensure optimal results.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in agency development, business development, or a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Insurance Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance market, including products and distribution channels.
- Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Business Acumen: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
