Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in agency development, business development, or a similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Insurance Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance market, including products and distribution channels.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
