Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agency Development Manager to drive growth across our network of independent agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit new agencies to join our network, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agency members, fostering a culture of collaboration and support.
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to agency owners, helping them achieve business objectives and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute marketing and sales strategies, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Monitor agency performance and implement improvement plans where necessary, ensuring the success of our agency network.
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings, promoting our brand and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in agency development, business development, or a similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance market, including products and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
