About the Role

Haleon is a world-leading consumer health company, and we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in translating our vision and strategy into actionable customer-specific priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate brand objectives, strategies, and activation plans into sales priorities and goals by account.
  • Support retailer account teams in activating and delivering against sales objectives and priorities.
  • Develop customer-specific promotional activities to drive sales deliverables and objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital commerce into our go-to-market customer strategies.
  • Promote discussions and updates on key brand priorities through 1:1 and group overviews.
  • Optimize development and allocation of budget amounts and ROI for specific trade promotion fund amounts.
  • Drive net revenue management initiatives.
  • Assist with customer performance reviews, insights on trade events, and supply/inventory challenges.
  • Lead and facilitate annual customer planning and delivery to meet identified timelines and requirements.
  • Liaise between sales and marketing to capture learnings that help the brand team continuously improve strategies and marketing activation plans.
  • Drive alignment on business situations throughout the organization to include supply, customer service, sales operations, marketing, and sales on unique customer and overall brand initiatives.
  • Responsible for the management of the trade promotion manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years' experience in a related commercial role such as customer strategy, trade marketing, or customer-facing sales.
  • Experience interpreting data and leveraging insights to build and execute category/brand trade strategies.

We also offer the opportunity to receive a discretionary bonus based on the achievement of key business performance and other incentive/recognition programs as part of the offering. The salary range for this role is $140,529 - $193,228 USD + Bonus.
