About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Verint Systems. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and prioritize business needs, and provide tailored solutions to address those needs.
  • Drive product adoption and usage across customer portfolios to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals, challenges, and key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform customer success strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a customer success leadership role, with a focus on strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Knowledge of Verint's products and solutions, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and applications.
  • Experience working with Totango or other customer success platforms.
