Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Brilliant Corners. As a key member of our People Operations Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our statewide organization and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular meetings with business unit leaders to discuss talent strategy and HR initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of California employment law and regulatory compliance, partnering with legal counsel as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
  • Support People Operations initiatives, projects, and goals, working closely with our organizational development department and talent acquisition teams.

Requirements:

  • Union experience desired.
  • Strong knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Fluency with standard technology and software, including databases.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and results-driven approach.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 annually.
