Position Summary:
The Lobby Bartender is responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to guests in the bar and lobby area. This role includes serving food and beverages while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, mix, and serve drink orders efficiently.
  • Engage with guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
  • Accurately record all sales and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side duties, including cleaning tables and stocking supplies.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests consistently.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Position Details:
This is a Full-Time or Part-Time position with shifts from 4 PM to 11 PM.

Qualifications:
Applicants should be able to carry trays and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds. Knowledge of local and state alcohol regulations, various drink types, and strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
