Director of Business Development - Energy and Mobility
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to lead our business development efforts in the Energy and Mobility marketspace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and maturing opportunities, developing capture plans, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities in the Energy and Mobility marketspace, leveraging existing relationships and networks
- Develop and execute capture plans, including value proposition development, competitor assessments, and teaming supplier identification
- Drive technical and acquisition client call plans to qualify and inform opportunity pursuit decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business growth strategies
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in a Business Development role, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proven track record of successful performance in an Energy and Mobility Business Development role, with a focus on driving revenue growth and meeting annual sales targets
- Experience with the US government's acquisition process (FAR) and engagement with procurement officers, executives, and decision-makers
- Ability to travel up to 50% and obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
