Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot complex equipment problems and implement solutions
  • Develop and implement new procedures for equipment maintenance and repair
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or related field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical fundamentals
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to read system schematics and technical manuals

The salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
