About the Role

As a Heating and Cooling Specialist with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Corporate Store, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose problems with heating and cooling systems.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components.
  • Install new heating and cooling systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on system functionality and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a Commercial Service Specialist in a residential service and maintenance operation.
  • Knowledge of the fundamental operational functionality of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
  • Solid communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have appropriate trade tools.
  • NATE Certification in two specialties.
  • EPA Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
