Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintain, and operate microelectronic assembly equipment, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Implement recommended enhancements to product and process flows, and troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues.
  • Work with engineers and other team members to improve processes and meet yield and cycle time requirements.
  • Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
  • Perform quality testing and rework related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
