Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide level I technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, escalating issues as necessary.
  • System Administration: Aid in setting up workstations and telecom needs for employees, diagnose and resolve user software and hardware inquiries/incidents.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure user compliance with best practices and company policies for systems use, monitor and maintain website user functionality.
  • System Maintenance: Work with third-party support to implement upgrades and systems maintenance, create documentation to enhance user proficiency and system utilization.
  • NetSuite Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of NetSuite systems, including user management, security roles, access permissions, and system configurations.
  • Customization and Development: Customize ERP fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports to meet business requirements, troubleshoot and test custom scripts, workflows, and integrations to enhance system functionality.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration, data cleansing, and data maintenance activities, ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across the systems.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Communication: Communicate with stakeholders, apprise project/program progress.

Requirements:

  • Customer Focus: Able to treat each request with a customer service focus.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related experience with ERP or company-wide software.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Location: Ability to work on site at our Baltimore location.

Preferred Skills:

  • Software Integrations: Experience with software integrations using APIs, web services, and third-party tools.
  • NetSuite Certification: NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Financial and Accounting Knowledge: Knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a manufacturing, or distribution industry.
