Job Title: IT Support Specialist

RK&K is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Baltimore, MD.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual to provide technical support for our staff, desktop systems, communications hardware and software, and office systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support a help-desk management queue and assist customers with technical issues.
  • Provide technical support for desktop, network, and virtual hardware, software, and applications.
  • Assist with computer systems administration and support, including backup, security management, and user account management.
  • Implement technology needs analysis and configure and distribute hardware and software as required.
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and support of our network and computing infrastructure plan.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting IT hardware, software, and systems for 1000+ users.
  • Familiarity with help-desk related operations and software, able to take on and manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft SCCM or related imaging, configuration tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and related support issues.
  • Experience serving as an Administrator on a medium-sized network of servers, desktop systems, and communications devices using current technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.
