Position Overview:

This role is designed to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both staff and students at Central Wyoming College. The incumbent will engage in various custodial services, primarily during evening hours, to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of campus facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine cleaning tasks in designated areas, including restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common spaces.
  • Respond promptly to emergency cleaning requests and perform deep cleaning as scheduled.
  • Assist with minor maintenance and repairs of custodial equipment.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed by reporting any security or safety concerns.
  • Monitor and manage custodial supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Perform regular inspections of facilities to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Prepare meeting spaces for events and activities, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of two years in a related custodial role is preferred.
Skills: Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety regulations is essential.

Physical Requirements: The role requires physical stamina, including lifting heavy objects and performing manual labor.
