Executive Director's Office Manager

CMT Services Inc is a reputable organization supporting Federal, State, and Local government agencies. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director's Office Manager to provide exceptional administrative support to our Executive Director and Deputy Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefing materials, and managing correspondence
- Coordinating travel arrangements and expenses
- Maintaining records and databases
- Providing excellent customer service to stakeholders
- Assisting with planning, managing, and implementing PCAH-hosted events
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an executive or staff assistant
- Experience working with high-profile contacts, including elected officials, artists, and funders
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, and ability to schedule virtual meetings on Teams and Zoom
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
