Job Overview:

CMT Services Inc is a reputable organization supporting Federal, State, and Local government agencies. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director's Office Manager to provide exceptional administrative support to our Executive Director and Deputy Directors.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefing materials, and managing correspondence
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and expenses
  • Maintaining records and databases
  • Providing excellent customer service to stakeholders
  • Assisting with planning, managing, and implementing PCAH-hosted events

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an executive or staff assistant
  • Experience working with high-profile contacts, including elected officials, artists, and funders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, and ability to schedule virtual meetings on Teams and Zoom
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
