Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Parts Sales Professional to join our team at Advance Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with commercial customers, providing exceptional sales and service experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Commercial Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide GAS 2 Selling Experience: Deliver exceptional sales and service experiences to commercial customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Achieve Personal/Store Sales Goals and Service Objectives: Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals, while also achieving service objectives.
  • Provide Day-to-Day Supervisory Support: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with GM on Coaching and Development: Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement coaching and development plans for team members.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Sales Experience: Proven experience in commercial sales, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
