Job Summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager, Issue Management to support the Crisis and Issue Management Team in organizing and managing Global and Regional Issue Working Groups (IWGs) and team operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support for workstreams and initiatives, including development of dashboards and trackers.
  • Document and distribute assigned actions, track progress and completion.
  • Manage, improve and elevate use of crisis and issue management portal.
  • Propose and manage approved enhancements to the portal and app.
  • Develop and execute training for new users of the portal and app.
  • Create and grant issue-specific channel access/permission to selected team members for IWG collaboration and discussions.
  • Manage issue/crisis document library for playbooks, protocols and guidelines.
  • Track and compile team management statistics and analytics to identify trends, learnings and opportunities.
  • Assist with developing and updating playbooks, training materials and presentations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management and issue management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail for effective documentation and tracking.
  • Ability to act quickly and juggle numerous and shifting priorities.
  • Data analytics and reporting experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 capabilities (Including Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Excel).
  • Product Quality, Supply Chain, R&D and/or CPG experience a plus.
