- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Front Office team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with property management systems and cash handling procedures.
- Competitive Pay: Hourly pay range: $17-$19/hr DOE.
