Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Facilitate Teamwork and Respect: Foster a positive attitude and promote teamwork among colleagues.
  • Monitor and Secure Areas: Patrol and secure areas of the arena, checking and monitoring credentials as needed.
  • Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide support and assistance to guests with special needs or wheelchair access.
  • Resolve Guest Complaints: Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enforce Building Policies: Ensure compliance with building policies and event procedures.
  • Maintain Order and Crowd Safety: Maintain order and ensure crowd safety during events.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate efficiently and clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Follow Incident Protocols: Follow all incident procedure protocols and documentation as necessary.
Requirements
  • Flexibility and Availability: Work flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules.
  • Effective Communication: Possess the ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others.

Working Conditions
  • Flexible Schedule: Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as required.
