Job Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing significant client projects resulting from the group's commercial activities.

Key responsibilities include managing the scope of activities required to execute system sales orders, which encompasses order entry and processing, supply chain oversight, technical interface for documentation production, installation management, project scheduling, and budget management.

The Project Manager collaborates with internal sales, engineering, accounting, and service teams, as well as external vendors and contractors. Project schedules and cost details are tracked and reported to assess and summarize project progress.

Key Duties:
- Analyze Purchase Orders for contract evaluation, pricing reconciliation, and project execution details.
- Organize and lead order entry meetings.
- Develop and manage drawing and documentation requirements.
- Identify, specify, and procure externally-sourced materials and services.
- Conduct site visits and virtual meetings to ensure field conditions align with supplied equipment and systems.
- Schedule and negotiate subcontracted installation services.
- Communicate customer requirements and ensure site conditions are suitable for the order, including utilities and storage.
- Organize and schedule system commissioning needs, ensuring site readiness.
- Monitor customer milestones and engage in engineering and business activities accordingly.
- Manage projects using summary schedules, routine ERP queries, and participation in meetings.
- Oversee changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification methods.
- Cultivate client relationships and escalate potential risks to management as necessary.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, including regular meetings with clients to clarify project requirements.
- Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths and experience.
- Meet budgetary goals and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans for clients and staff.
- Continuously enhance leadership skills.
- Attend conferences and training to maintain proficiency.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in the food, plastics, manufacturing, or construction materials sectors.
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Critical Path, and Dependencies, with experience in related project management software.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Practical experience with SAP (ERP) systems is a plus.
