About the Role

The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director of Primary Care to join our team. As a key member of our Primary Care Leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our primary care division, which includes 12 care sites and over 70 patient-aligned care teams (PACT) in central and northwestern Oregon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our primary care teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our academic partner to develop education and research initiatives
  • Oversee the management of our primary care division, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in the U.S.
  • Board Certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
