Key Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Operations Supervisor
  • Ensure the safety and security of all residents
  • Maintain precise records of resident counts
  • Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled resident counts
  • Prepare comprehensive written reports
  • Oversee the management of inventory and supplies
  • Assist in the admission and discharge processes
  • Participate in disciplinary hearings as necessary
  • Investigate incidents and document findings
  • Manage urine collection and testing protocols
  • Conduct thorough facility and resident searches
  • Review and update facility policies regularly
  • Provide transportation for residents when required
  • Implement disciplinary measures and recognize positive resident behavior
  • Administer medication as prescribed
  • Process request forms and manage correspondence
  • Coordinate visitation for residents
  • Ensure cleanliness and security of the facility
  • Manage key control inventory
  • Maintain compliance with training requirements
  • Keep detailed daily logs
  • Document resident behaviors accurately
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new residents
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
